After 20 years in a large corporation, I decided to leave the corporate world and start my own mindfulness and self-compassion business. Since 2012 I am teaching mindfulness and MBSR courses to individuals and organizations. I added an explicit self-compassion practice a few years ago to help me deal with very sad events in my life. Ever since it has been a core part of my practice. Teaching MSC is completing my repertoire of mindfulness-based methods. I love the work with people to support them gently in finding a new balance in life.
