As a Physical Therapist for over 18 years, I have had the honor of working with individuals who have shared with me their life journey, both struggles and successes. While I was able to impact physical disfunction with my manual therapy skills, I recognized that the physical body is only one piece of the puzzle for acheiving true wellness and in turn, happiness.
My personal mindfulness practice created such an amazing transformation in my own life that I knew I had to share this with my clients. I developed signature programs to reKinect the body’s physical, mental, and emotional states using mindfulness, meditation and mindful movement practices.
I am a Physical Therapist, Wellness Coach, Certified teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and a Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) & mPEAK teacher from the UCSD Mindfulness Based Professional Training Institute. Providing Mindfulness Training and Mental Performance Coaching in group or private settings is my true passion!
