After working with the Qld Government as an Organisational Psychologist for many years, I took a few years off to raise my two beautiful boys. During this time, my career focus changed as I could see a strong need for individuals and families to 'stop and take a breath' in our fast paced, device saturated society that is becoming desperate for more kindness and compassion world-wide. That is when I increased my research into Mindfulness and decided to specialise in this incredibly powerful, scientifically based health and wellness field. I absolutely love the 'Mindful Self-Compassion Program' along with the adaptation for young adults and teens called 'Making Friends with Yourself'. Through delivering these programs, the concept of seeing people, families, communities, schools, organisations, etc., grow with more kindness and compassion is absolutely real!!!
