  • MSC Certified Teacher

Teaching mindfulness programs is a true labor of love. I come to these programs (MBSR and MSC) through my own healing journey and my passion to explore what it means to be a healthy and happy human being in today's world. I continue to be deeply inspired by what learn from my participants.
