Jane Baraz teaches Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC) at Spirit Rock Meditation Center and privately in North Berkeley. In addition, she taught MSC to 24 Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teachers in Richie Davidson's program at the University of Wisconsin. She also teaches MBSR at the University of California San Francisco Medical Center and the Cancer Support Community in Walnut Creek. Jane teaches silent week long meditation retreats at Spirit Rock and in Europe with her husband, James Baraz.
