I have been studying and teaching mindfulness and mental health for more than 20 years - first as a yoga instructor, later as a registered psychotherapist and subsequently as a clinic director and workshop facilitator. I am passionate about teaching and sharing experiences from clinical psychology practice as well as from the wisdom of contemplative traditions and current scientific research. I am so grateful to have experienced and witnessed the positive transformation that compassion practices , in particular the Mindful Self Compassion program , have brought about for so many, including myself.
