I began my journey of inner awareness in 2014 though I feel I've practiced mindfulness my whole life. After taking courses to learn more and deepen my practice, I persued my Certification with Mindful Schools. I've worked in many school districts excercising my passion for assisting children, teens, and teachers with stress and anxiety management. I have received my Teacher in Training status in Mindful Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and am a Trained Teacher in Mindful Self- Compassion (MSC). My true passion is to help people in dis-ease find ease and peace in both their inner and outer world. I enjoy building communities of trust and safety to learn and grow to one's truest self. I offer MBSR and MSC 8 week training programs, Mindfulness related workshops, and retreats for both adults and children.
