Marnee Weber, ACC, CDWF is the warm-hearted and impassioned founder of Metta Lane Mindfulness Academy. The research-based and accredited curricula she teaches have been proven to help people around the world meet their stress, pain and fears with wisdom, acceptance and compassion. Marnee meets each student wherever they are in their journey; assisting them in discovering their own inner wisdom and pathways to inner peace. Marnee’s teaching experience has been gleaned from a lifetime of studying and practicing psychological healing methods, mindfulness approaches, and spiritual traditions. Marnee is a Trained Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC). She is a Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation. She is a Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator, a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. She trained in a 200-hour yoga teacher training program at At One Yoga in Scottsdale. And, she is in the mentorship phase of training through the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness to teach the Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) 8-week course. She lives happily in Scottsdale, Arizona and is in love with her husband, daughter and dog.
