Megan Prager is Compassion Programs Director at UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness and Co-Founder of Mindful Labs. She is a Certified Teacher of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), a Certified Teacher of Mindful Self-Compassion (MSC), a Certified Teacher of Compassion Cultivation Training (CCT), an Adjunct Faculty at San Diego State University, and a Lecturer at UC San Diego Rady Business School. Megan has developed and delivered unique customized Mindfulness and Compassion programs for Fortune 500 companies, education, health care, and academic settings. In addition to teaching, she is one of the founders and instructors of the UC San Diego Center for Mindfulness Work-Life Integration Program and a teacher trainer and mentor for the UC San Diego Mindfulness Based Professional Training Institute and the Center for Mindful Self-Compassion. Megan found MSC in her own moments of difficulty and anxiety, and each day feels grateful for the support of her own practice and teachers. Nothing brings her greater joy than exploring and sharing the practices of compassion with others.
