I am a longtime practitioner, who loves and has plenty of experience sharing and teaching. My mindfulness and mindfulness-based practices path began in the mid 1990s. Years later, in 2008, I attended my first silent retreat, and my daily practices expanded and became very regular. I have attended over 30 silent and study meditation retreats to practice and study mindfulness, loving-kindness, concentration, compassion, Buddhist philosophy,... I also have been joining training programs and skill building workshops to share and teach this liberatory path and theses practices with various communities.
