Courtney Howard (she/her) is an accomplished professional with 8 years of service in the United States Marine Corps, where she served as a field radio operator, substance abuse counselor, and career counselor. Holding a BA in psychology, she plans to pursue a Master’s in social work to further her passion for mental health and fostering compassionate environments. Currently, as the Operations Manager on the operations team, she takes pride in ensuring inclusivity and equity within the organization. Outside of work, she enjoys video games, painting, crocheting, and indulging in reality TV. Courtney’s journey reflects dedication, leadership, and a commitment to making a positive impact on others.
