Elijah Zimmerman (He/They) is a dynamic and affecting organizational director and has worked in diverse leadership roles in non-profits and academia. He uses his leadership, collaboration, and facilitation proficiency to move organizations thoughtfully forward. He has led trauma-informed, educational, and service-based organizations towards deeper mission alignment and sustainability.

Elijah is propelled by an aspiration to support system change to alleviate suffering in the world. His Ph.D. in Communication Studies offers a foundation for his work, and he also brings skills garnered from Interfaith Studies.

Outside work, he enjoys nature, comedy, and living fully with family and friends.
