Self-Compassion Applied to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB)

The Center for Mindful Self-Compassion is continually working on fostering global support and awareness for the application of Self-Compassion in the realm of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). Through our new and ongoing initiatives, the center is committed to promoting a compassionate and inclusive world by integrating the principles of self-compassion into the fabric of diverse communities. By offering specialized programs, workshops, and resources, the center is catalyzing a transformative movement that not only nurtures individuals’ well-being but also cultivates empathy, understanding, and acceptance across different identities and backgrounds.
