MSC Course (generally 8 weeks)

MSC is designed to be taken once a week for 8-weeks with a half-day silent retreat. The Course Directory provides information about where to find an 8-week MSC in your local community. Note that MSC can also be taken in the format of an MSC Intensive (usually taught in a residential setting for 5-6 consecutive days).  To find an MSC teacher in your area (who may or may not have a course currently scheduled), please see the MSC Teacher Directory.
