Course Description:

Self-Compassion for Healthcare Communities Facilitator Training (SCHC FT) is a 24-hour experiential training delivered across four full online days. Through a combination of didactic teaching, experiential practices, and small and large group exercises, participants will develop the foundational knowledge and skills needed to facilitate the SCHC curriculum in healthcare settings.

The training introduces the theory, practices, and research of self-compassion to prepare participants to deliver the 6-hour Self-Compassion for Healthcare Communities (SCHC) Training, a trauma-informed, mindfulness- and self-compassion-based intervention designed specifically for healthcare professionals.
